This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements align with compliance and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to PromoMats workflows and content approval processes Support MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review configuration and optimization Collaborate with business users, marketing teams, regulatory stakeholders, and technical teams Assist with UAT planning, test case creation, and training documentation Ensure solutions meet compliance standards (21 CFR Part 11, FDA, AODA/ADA) Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; 5+ year with Veeva PromoMats Strong understanding of promotional material review and content management in life sciences Familiarity with Veeva Vault workflows, object models, and document lifecycles Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite Arjun BHATT SR.
