CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and containerization tools like Docker and Helm charts to ensure efficient and repeatable deployments. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources, ensuring consistency and scalability. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and architects, to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead and mentor offshore release engineers, fostering a collaborative environment. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions using Azure Application Insights and other tools to ensure application performance and reliability. Required Skills and Experience Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure App Services, AKS, Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies. Programming and Scripting: Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript. Proficiency in scripting languages like Power or Azure CLI for automation tasks. Database Knowledge: Experience with databases like SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including design, query optimization, and integration with .NET Core applications.
