Design and assess architecture that meets technical, business, security, and legal requirements. Guide software engineers and ensure adherence to best practices in design, deployment, and support. Evaluate technical orientations and ensure compatibility with current and future systems. Conduct feasibility studies and propose risk mitigation strategies. Apply incremental development and continuous improvement principles to shorten lead times and enhance delivery. Engage in the global architecture community within Michelin to share insights and collaborate on global initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years specifically in a Full Stack Architect or similar senior role. Proven track record in building and deploying enterprise applications using: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs Angular, GitLab CI/CD Microservices design principles Kubernetes and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments Strong understanding and application of Lean and Agile values: cooperation, transparency, courage, and humility. Preferred Skills & Experience : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience with Apache Kafka for message queuing. Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Ansible and Terraform.
