This role requires hands-on expertise with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and related technologies, along with strong development skills in JavaScript, XML, SQL, and integration capabilities with REST and SOAP APIs. Experience in CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and UI/UX design is essential to deliver high-performance, scalable communication solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire solutions (Designer, Interactive, Automation). Create dynamic, responsive, and personalized customer communication templates and workflows. Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Leverage JavaScript, XML, and SQL to build, optimize, and troubleshoot templates and data mappings. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and transform them into technical designs. Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy and manage Quadient applications in a secure and scalable environment. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket. Apply strong understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure user-friendly interfaces and customer communication experiences. Work in agile environments and participate in all phases of SDLC, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data governance policies.Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Quadient Inspire Suite (Designer, Interactive, Automation). Strong programming and scripting skills in JavaScript, XML, and SQL. Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, experience with Jenkins and Bitbucket. Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native deployments. Solid grasp of UI/UX design principles for enhanced customer engagement. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Advanced Java concepts for custom integrations or backend logic. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, healthcare) where compliant customer communications are essential.
