Job Title: Python Lead Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) JOB Description: We require a small team of one Technical Team Lead to come in and learn one of our clients manufacturing assembly line applications. The team will work alongside the clients technical support resource to learn the application and eventually transition to supporting the application for the client. The application is written in Python. Strong technical and leadership skills to manage and coordinate team members to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Communicating directly with clients in both formal and informal settings. Provide guidance and mentorship to technical team members. Provide governance for quality assurance processes for development activities. The team Lead must be able to travel and be on-site for the first two or three weeks. Python development and support experience. Need the team to have some experience supporting applications in the Manufacturing Industry Support the manufacturing assembly line application in a Production environment. Skills in troubleshooting and resolving system issues in Production and development environments. Analyse problems and understand the impact of a problem on the application and on the client. Provide accurate estimates of application fixes or enhancements. Analyse and understand user requirements. Update system documentation as required. Must have good verbal and written English working with our client in the US. The resources will need to work the clients hours (Central Time) to provide support during the clients working hours.
