This role focuses on developing test strategies, executing test plans, and ensuring data quality for data warehouse projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in ETL testing, Snowflake, AWS, and Python/PySpark, and passionate about leveraging data as a strategic asset. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for data warehouse projects. Perform ETL validation, data reconciliation, profiling, and metadata validation. Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and testing. Identify, document, and triage defects while coordinating with project teams. Support functional, regression, negative, and migration testing. Collaborate with UAT teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards. Provide status reports and contribute to process improvements in QA practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or military experience) in a related field. 5+ years of ETL testing experience in a data warehouse environment. 5+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting. 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and AWS Cloud. Experience leading QA analysts on project teams. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Financial services (banking) experience. Hands-on experience with AWS S3/EC2/EMR, Snowsight, DataStage, Infogix, Tableau, and Azure DevOps.
