This role is critical in supporting our public sector clients by optimizing their ERP systems, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and ensuring ongoing system performance through strategic enhancements and maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, particularly in Oracle Fusion ERP, and a solid background working with public sector entities.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret business requirements to design scalable Oracle Fusion ERP solutions tailored to public sector operations. Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion ERP modules, particularly in the financial reporting domain. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring seamless financial operations. Manage and execute system maintenance tasks, upgrades, and enhancements to align with evolving business needs. Collaborate with stakeholdersincluding finance departments, IT teams, and agency leadershipto ensure ERP functionality aligns with organizational goals. Deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and internal teams. Support audits and compliance reviews through accurate and timely ERP reporting.Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP in a functional consulting capacity. Proven track record in financial reporting within Oracle ERP systems. Expertise in end-to-end business process workstreams such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Plan-to-Replenish (P2R), and Record-to-Report (R2R). These workstreams encompass key modules including Payables, Receivables, Procurement, Inventory Management, and General Ledger, and require strict adherence to Oracle integration best practices and cloud architecture standards. Strong background in system maintenance and enhancements with an emphasis on operational continuity and performance optimization. Experience in Process Improvements and Continuous System Optimization in Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Business Process Management (BPM) for workflow automation. The consultant must demonstrate capabilities across core modules supporting key end-to-end business processes, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Replenish (P2R), and Record-to-Report (R2R). Additionally, the consultant must have experience with cross-module integrations, data migration, archiving strategies, and system diagnostics. Demonstrated experience working with public sector clients, with an understanding of government-specific compliance, budgeting, and procurement processes. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant Oracle certifications or training credentials (preferred).Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders.
