Job Description: Qualifications Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Demonstrated success in designing and delivering intuitive, visually engaging Power BI reports and Paginated Reports; a portfolio of report designs is highly desirable. Relevant experience in finance industry and private equity Project management experience is a plus. Technical Skills Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques. Power BI or equivalent certifications are a plus. Experience with Tableau and Microsoft cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric, ADLS, SQL MI) preferred. Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to report design. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Demonstrates a purposeful approach and the flexibility to assume multiple roles to ensure project success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage the expectations of an executive audience.
