As business is expanding, we need someone to support this growth, database infrastructure and tools are required for the pricing, analysis, and management of offtake deals, flow, and directional trading. This infrastructure and tools are specifically intended for the trading business and its needs. I need a full stack SQL developer with .Net or Python skills to help build out the trading desk apps. A dedicated IT developer / database resource will complete the build-out of necessary tools including infrastructure, reports, and models. The resource will work with guidance from the trading desk to build and manage the desired tools at their discretion. The ideal individual is expected to have the following skills: Database development: SQL, SQL scripts (Transact-SQL which is the scripting language for MS SQL), including writing queries, functions, stored procedures, and schema development - Strong Excel skills, including the use of tables, pivots, statistic functions and a good command of VBA - R coding (or a similar matrix-based language such as S-Plus or MATLAB).
