This is a 100% on-site role from day one and requires a strong background in front-end development, modern JavaScript frameworks, and a keen eye for design and usability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and visually engaging user interfaces using React.js. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver intuitive and robust front-end solutions. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in a timely manner. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12+ years of UI development experience with at least 6+ years in React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Deep understanding of React hooks, context API, Redux (or other state management libraries). Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.). Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and security best practices.
