Position: SAP Functional Plant Maintenance Location: Remote with some travel Contract: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our maintenance management processes using SAP PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plant maintenance operations, SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and WM. Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, and deploy SAP PM functionalities (e.g., maintenance orders, notifications, task lists, work centers). Provide support for end-users and resolve issues related to SAP PM. Design and document functional specifications for system enhancements or integrations. Lead or participate in full lifecycle SAP PM implementations or upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Train users on SAP PM features, processes, and best practices. Analyze business requirements and propose technical and functional solutions. Perform system testing, UAT support, and change management processes. Monitor PM module performance and propose optimizations or continuous improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP PM module implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP PM master data, maintenance strategies, and order processing. Experience in integrating SAP PM with MM, PP, and other SAP modules. Familiarity with SAP Fiori or S/4HANA is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: SAP certification in PM or related modules. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) best practices. Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI). Working Conditions: Standard business hours with some flexibility required for system go-lives or upgrades. Some travel may be required for training or project implementation.
