This role involves data analytics, integration, ETL, and reporting development, with a focus on ensuring smooth data flow between internal systems and external agencies (public and private). The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL and Microsoft BI stack skills and will work in compliance with organizational data and project management standards.Key Responsibilities: Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Design, enhance, and maintain SSIS packages for data movement and integration workflows. Develop and modify SSRS reports and/or dashboards in Power BI to meet stakeholder reporting needs. Support data analysis and data troubleshooting tasks in coordination with internal users and technical teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and deliver quality BI solutions. Assist in maintaining documentation and adhere to best practices in data warehouse development. Work closely with Agile/Kanban teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data services and integration.Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data analysis 5+ years in SQL script/query troubleshooting 4+ years experience in data troubleshooting 4+ years experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) 3+ years with SSRS and/or Power BI 3+ years working directly with stakeholders to gather BI/reporting requirementsPreferred/Desired Skills: 2+ years experience in data modeling Experience with version control tools (Git, TFS, etc.) Familiarity with Agile/Kanban environments Experience in Power or other scripting languages Exposure to AI-related concepts or tools (nice to have)Ideal Candidate Profile: Technically proficient, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication. Comfortable working in hybrid models with 4 days onsite. Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders effectively. Experience in public sector or health-related data systems is a plus.
