The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and the ability to manage privileged accounts across a large enterprise environment. This role will require deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage privileged account management processes using CyberArk. Troubleshoot and remediate issues related to privileged IDs, password vaulting, and CyberArk integrations. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand PAM requirements and deliver secure, scalable solutions. Automate onboarding, access provisioning, and remediation tasks using scripting tools. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices for PAM operations. Conduct audits and support security assessments related to privileged access.Required Skills & Qualifications: 810 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk tools including PVWA, PSM, CPM, AIM, and Vault. Deep understanding of PAM concepts, security principles, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Ability to script in Power, Python, or similar for automation and integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with various teams. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications: CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or CyberArk Defender certification. Experience in large-scale PAM implementations or migrations.
