Develops Test Strategy Document Monitors, manages and conducts test execution Tracks Progress of Efforts Tracks Test cases, Defects Communicates the status of testing deliverables to the team. Participate in the design process to understand, analyze and influence the application/service/system to be tested. Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression, and develop test plans and cases. Lead the team towards automation Mandatory Skills: -QA Lead - 8+ years in managing QA teams; -Owning the overall test strategy, management and execution; Familiarity with JIRA, Zephyr for JIRA, Capture for JIRA, -Load Runner, Bamboo, Bitbucket,; Desired Skills: -Exposure to Automation Testing is a plus Keywords: quality analyst
