Job Title: Senior HVR Tool Specialist
Location: Stamford, CT (Onsite)Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVR Tool Specialist to lead and manage data integration and replication solutions using the HVR (High Volume Replication) platform. This role will focus on designing, configuring, monitoring, and optimizing end-to-end data replication processes, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather data integration requirements, understanding data flow, business logic, source systems, and target environments.

Install, configure, and maintain the HVR platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.

Design and implement data replication pipelines including source-to-target mapping, transformations, and error-handling strategies.

Monitor replication activities and troubleshoot issues to reduce data loss and ensure high availability.

Partner with database administrators, data engineers, and application teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Optimize and fine-tune HVR configurations to align with business performance expectations and data movement needs.

Document technical processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices related to HVR and data integration.Essential Skills:

Proven hands-on experience with HVR (High Volume Replication) tools in production environments.

Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT, and replication architecture.

Familiarity with major relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

Proficient in data mapping, data transformation, and job monitoring/troubleshooting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects or tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Desirable Skills:

Experience in Life Sciences, particularly involving BioStats Data Transformation and Standards Management.

Understanding of data quality frameworks and best practices.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or for automation purposes.

Exposure to cloud platforms and data integration across hybrid environments.Competencies:
