(Proper Pic and Description) MUST HAVE: NOTE: THIS REQUIRES ONSITE INTERVIEW Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Sr. Configuration Analyst to join the Business Configuration Solutions team. This hybrid role involves approximately 60% hands-on benefit configuration work and 40% participation in cross-functional meetings to gather, document, and translate business requirements. The ideal candidate will lead meetings, provide technical expertise, and support the implementation of complex Medicaid and Medicare programs. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for benefit configuration, specifically supporting large-scale Medicaid, Medicare, and Med/Surgical implementations. Lead and represent the Configuration workstream in cross-functional meetings, capturing and translating client requirements into actionable configuration tasks. Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using SQL and Informatica-based internal tools; validate configurations with backend data using Oracle SQL. Design and execute benefit configuration strategies using EyeMeds homegrown configuration tools, Facets, and automated testing processes. Manage configuration-related activities and prioritize work to meet established SLAs and KPIs. Document business requirements, create process flows, and conduct system testing for configuration enhancements. Conduct fit/gap analysis and provide solution feedback for onboarding new client plans. Collaborate closely with internal business partners and leadership to drive automation and continuous process improvements. Must-Have Qualifications: Strong ability to lead cross-functional meetings and gather business/technical requirements. 5+ years of experience with: Facets platform Medical Plan Benefit Configuration Provider Network & Agreement Configuration SQL/Database analysis and troubleshooting In-depth understanding of Medicare/Medicaid claims and benefit structures. Hands-on experience with: Oracle SQL for data validation Windows OS and applications EyeMed's internal configuration tool (built on Informatica) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
