You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, or SecOps). Act as the voice of the customergather and prioritize requirements, define user stories, and manage product backlog. Partner with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in Agile or SAFe environments. Drive platform adion, innovation, and user experience improvements across modules and business processes. Monitor and analyze platform KPIs, feature adion, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance standards. Manage vendor relationships and stay updated with ServiceNow product releases and new capabilities. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role. 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, SPM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.). Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist). Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ITBM, or CMDB.
