This individual will be instrumental in planning and executing short-term deployments across multiple applications and coordinating with various senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall release planning and execution across a portfolio of ~120 applications transitioning from on-prem/mainframe to cloud. Coordinate with multiple functional and technical teams, including 4 functional/business unit heads. Collaborate closely with VP-level stakeholders and senior leadership at Macys. Define and maintain the release and deployment roadmap, ensuring alignment across streams. Provide end-to-end visibility into release milestones, dependencies, and risks. Drive implementation readiness, including go/no-go meetings, checklists, and final delivery planning. Ensure strong stakeholder communication and risk escalation across all involved parties. Manage short-term, iterative deployments within a large-scale release program. Must-Have Experience: Proven experience managing releases in complex mainframe-to-cloud migration projects. Experience coordinating enterprise-scale programs involving 60+ applications or more. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders. Expertise in release governance, planning, and execution in a highly structured environment. Familiarity with mainframe systems, not from a hands-on perspective, but understanding the complexity and interdependencies involved. Strong command in communicating, driving execution, and managing large program dependencies. Soft Skills: Extremely vocal, confident, and assertive in managing stakeholders and steering execution. Strong ownership mindset, capable of pushing things forward and keeping teams aligned. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the right tone and professional presence.
