The BPM/BAW Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing IBM BPM/BAW & Cloud Pak for the company's Business Automation solutions. This is a high-visibility role providing rapid solutions for critical business process improvement efforts. The scope of role encompasses all activities associated with the implementation of business process solutions (Model-to-Execute) using the IBM BPM/BAW platform. The successful candidate will have a history of successful IBM BPM implementations utilizing its development tools, workflows and integrations to deliver redesigned business process solutions. This is an integral role with the expectation of career growth through driving the up-scaling of BPM delivery, cost savings and performance improvement capabilities. Additionally, this role will manage the ongoing execution and performance of our IBM BPM infrastructure with a focus on process excellence and application of CP4BA capabilities. Excellent communication skills are required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement redesigned business processes on the IBM BPM/BAW/CP4BA platform Assist in the refinement of To-Be business process requirements Work with internal IT staff to ensure that BPM solutions are architecturally compliant Assist in the maintenance of and help ensure the integrity of the IBM Blueworks Live BPM repository Design and develop business process and architecture reporting using the IBM Blueworks Live process modeling repository 2 Support business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders Support the deployment of the IBM BPM/BAW/CP4BA platform throughout the enterprise Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team, IT and Process Customers to deliver timely, quality results REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors or Master's degree 3+ years of relevant experience in the design, development and implementation of IBM BPM/BAW software Multiple successful IBM BPM 8.x or BAW implementations desired Strong understanding of IBM BPM Architecture and concepts such as process center, process server, process applications, integration designer, toolkits, tracks etc. Hands on experience including BPMN 2.0, BPD, routing, loops, gateways, exception handling, variables, business objects, integration services database, web, java, CMS, etc.., UCA's and events, coaches and coachviews, CSS, Javascript, API calls, XML, Json, AJAX, SQL syntax Practical knowledge and experience with supporting various data structures Self-starter able to successfully execute against departmental goals with minimal guidance Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional, Agile environment Enjoys working in a small-team setting Able to manage multiple projects at one time Able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and analytical skills Enthusiastic, persistent, action-oriented, and a strong sense of accountability Process Mining experience nice to have IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) or Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) experience desired but not required Keywords: information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=253383&uid= |
