Handled Salesforce project and must have salesforce technical skills Salesforce project implementation using agile process and tools. Qualifications Extensive expertise in Agile Methodologies and SAFe transformation, managing large team in Agile projects. Extensively working expertise in Agile Coaching, PI Planning, Inspect and Adopt, Running Scrum of Scrum, Backlog Grooming, managing product backlog, Running Scrum call, Retrospective meeting, Client Show and Tell. Ensure Quality & Timelines of Deliverables, creating pool of cross trained resources, Mentoring, Handling Risk & Mitigation, Continuous Improvement plan to run the Business on Process oriented for stable operations and Monitor. Easy and transparent communication with client regarding project issues, changes request and decisions on services. Producing accurate and timely status report of program throughout program life cycle.
