Key Responsibilities & Skills: Lead automation efforts for capital projects (from planning to implementation). Represent the Plant Automation team during design, execution, and validation phases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Engineering Manufacturing Global Capital Project Management (PM) IT Integrate and support systems including: Emerson DeltaV DCS Rockwell PLCs and SCADA systems HMI/SCADA Infrastructure Ensure compliance with: GMP standards 21 CFR Part 11 (It is must) Engineering protocols Additional duties include: Training end-users Updating SOPs Managing CMMS systems Preparing support documentation Support both new technology implementation and ongoing operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in: Electrical Engineering Computer Science Chemical or Biotech Engineering Or a related field 5+ years experience in automation within GMP-regulated life science facilities. Hands-on experience with: Emerson DeltaV DCS Rockwell PLCs Electronic Batch Systems SCADA Architecture Knowledge of: System integration protocols: OPC, Fieldbus, DeviceNet, etc. Regulatory frameworks: 21 CFR Part 11 S88 S95 ASTM 2500 GAMP Preferred Skills: Project management experience (including validation and commissioning). Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Ability to lead and train technical/non-technical teams. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
