Role: Okta Developer Location: Remote (USA) Contract: C2C/W2 Functional Job Title: Job Description: Okta Developer Ability to participate in workshops to understand current processes and define the high-level design for application integration to modern authentication through use of SSO and Federation. Design, document and define implementation plan to support Single Sign On (SSO) using DevOps model for all types of devices/networks. Develop a plan to implement design for JIT access, data synchronization across identity stores using API level access for services provided. Work with onsite lead and other personnel to identify security best practices and applies a risk-based approach to information security covering the security aspects of Blue yonder integration with a focus on Authentication services (SSO and MFA) through tools such as Okta and AD/LDAP. Produce LDAP queries for implementing authentication models using AD groups working with onsite lead. Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to provide architectural and technical guidance. Along with onsite lead, coordinate between client teams, infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of discovery workshops. Support in testing and deploying of the Okta configuration and code modules in all customer environments. Knowledge and experience with information security, Authorization and Authentication systems, infrastructure and implementation techniques is a key component to this role. Build and maintain accurate documentation of processes for areas of responsibility. Job Requirements: Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Information Security Strong hands-on experience with SSO & MFA, AD Connect, SAML, OAuth, specifically on tools like Okta, Ping Fed etc. Expertise in Identity and Authentication solutions such as Active Directory, Okta Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services, MFA, Risk based authentication and privileged access management Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills Java/SCIM API jar knowledge is a must. Desirable: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Security or related field CICD and PAM knowledge is a plus Thanks and Regards!!
