This position is mostly remote position with occasional visits to the clients location in Huntsville, TX Business Analyst - Job Description The project involves a PeopleSoft Financials upgrade, requiring expertise in CAPPS and PeopleSoft Financials. The Business Analyst will be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing the current platform to improve financial reporting and data management. Business Analyst - Responsibilities Analyze and modify CAPPS data Create financial reports as requested by the business Utilize PeopleSoft Query Manager Bridge communication between the CAPPS team and the technical team Facilitate working sessions and deliver structured functional analysis presentations Liaise between functional and technical teams Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) projects Experience leading project teams and managing stakeholder relationships Proficiency in data management, data quality, and data migration Experience with integration and secure file transfers Knowledge of enterprise system analysis and architecture Understanding of information security principles Experience in a Scrum Master role within an Agile environment Business Analyst Nice-to-Have Skills Texas CAPPS implementation experience Functional experience in one or more PeopleSoft modules Experience supporting public sector organizations Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications Ability to work non-standard hours Business Analyst Assignment Length Starting out as a 3 month contract with renewals expected for multiple years.
