The Position The Cyber Risk Management IAM Business Analyst (BA ) will support the Identity and Access Management service, which seeks to create a delightful access experience that optimizes usability, accountability, and cyber risk exposure. This role requires a seasoned SailPoint BA who will perform a comprehensive discovery and classification of all non-person identities in the IAM roadmap. This involves working with stakeholders in various teams (DevOps, Infrastructure & Operations, App Dev) to identify and assign ownership to non-person accounts. Minimum Qualifications 2+ w/Bachelors degree Additional Experience CISSP and/or CISA certified Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Demonstrated use of ingenuity and creativity by taking actions to direct the analyses and solutions of problems Deep understanding of and prior hands-on experience in all major information security, appropriate use, and survivable system engineering functions and activities, including policy setting, vulnerability/risk research, security/availability architecture, system security/survivability engineering, incident response, cyber risk operations, cyber risk audit/compliance.
