This role requires deep expertise in process mining, data analytics, and business process imization to identify inefficiencies and drive measurable improvements. The successful candidate will work very closely with our Enterprise Architect, ensuring that strategic business processes align with robust, enterprise-level architecture frameworks. Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the Enterprise Architect to ensure that process models are aligned with advanced architecture frameworks. Partner with senior business leaders and process owners to ensure alignment of process initiatives with strategic objectives and technology operations. Conduct end-to-end process reviews across supply chain, finance, and operational technology functions. Utilize process mining tools and advanced analytics to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities within critical IT operations. Develop actionable recommendations to imize workflows, reduce operational risks, and enhance productivity in a technology-centric environment. Manage large-scale process transformation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery in a high-stakes operational setting. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Establish and govern Centers of Excellence (CoE) to drive ongoing process innovation and adion of best practices. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing webinars to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison for process transformation efforts, maintaining strong stakeholder alignment across operational and technical teams. Leverage data-driven process mining technologies and enterprise-grade modeling tools, particularly BizzDesign, to convert operational insights into actionable business strategies. Support the seamless integration of process imization tools with existing enterprise systems, ensuring smooth technology adion. Transition from traditional process analysis to a real-time, data-driven execution framework that supports mission-critical operations. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in process excellence, process mining, or business transformation within diverse sectors. Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects and leading cross-functional teams in technology-focused environments. Strong expertise in process mining, data analytics, and technology-driven business process imization. Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise-grade process modeling tools such as BizzDesign. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing and implementing Centers of Excellence (CoE) for process innovation. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation strategies. Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred). Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in complex, multi-process environments.
