About the Role We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in supply chain analytics, automation, and business process improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming manual Excel-based reporting processes into streamlined, automated solutions using SQL Server, Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI. You will serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, developing reporting tools, and driving smarter decision-making across departments. Key Responsibilities - Analyze existing manual Excel reports and convert them into automated data pipelines and dashboards. - Use tools such as SQL Server, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and Python to drive report automation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies using data insights. - Build and prototype interactive dashboards (Power BI, Excel, custom web applications) to visualize KPIs for executive leadership. - Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and deliver high-impact analytics that drive business performance. - Contribute to the strategic shift toward a data-driven organization, reducing Excel dependency and promoting scalable solutions. - Partner with the ERP transition team to support data imports, user testing, and process design during system migration. - Work with developers and solution architects to translate business needs into functional reporting systems. Preferred Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in data analysis, in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains. - Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization (Power BI or similar). - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Functions). - Proficient in Python for data transformation and automation tasks. - Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and previous involvement in ERP migration projects is a plus. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsable to clearly explain technical findings to non-technical audiences. - Project management experience or the ability to independently manage priorities across multiple initiatives.
