It varies. - Understanding the back end of things - Pod is brand new, different skillsets. Nearshore, offshore, onshore. - Someone thats willing to learn and adapt and come with questions. Core Responsibilities Data Modeling & Optimization Design and implement efficient data models following star/snowflake schema best practices. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and usability in large datasets. Report & Dashboard Development Develop interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using advanced DAX and Power BI visuals. Ensure consistency with UX/UI standards and storytelling best practices. DAX Expertise Write and optimize complex DAX calculations and measures. Perform advanced analytics including time intelligence, ranking, what-if scenarios, etc. Governance & Standards Define and enforce Power BI development standards and naming conventions. Implement role-based security (RLS) and data sensitivity labeling. Performance Tuning Use tools like Performance Analyzer and DAX Studio to troubleshoot and tune slow reports.
