Knowledge and experience of project management concepts. Employ best practices for agile methodology utilizing both the Scrum, while operating within the department's overall SDLC Framework. Experience with working collaboratively with a team of senior project managers and the program manager to give input around and support the strategic direction of the initiative as a whole. Experience leading agile development projects as an RTE, Scrum Master and Team Member. Strong decision-making and leadership abilities. Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills. Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills. Expert level experience with JIRA and Confluence. Telecom Exp Needed.
