The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, financial data modeling, data migration, and integration architecture. This role will be critical in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a smooth transition to Workday. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of the end-to-end data migration strategy from PeopleSoft Financials to Workday Financials. Analyze existing PeopleSoft data structures, processes, and data quality to inform migration planning. Design the target data architecture in Workday, ensuring alignment with financial reporting and operational needs. Define data mapping, transformation, and validation rules. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define migration scope and business rules. Develop and maintain data migration documentation including data lineage, mappings, conversion logic, and validation reports. Establish and oversee data cleansing, data quality, and de-duplication strategies. Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between legacy and target systems. Participate in testing activities including mock conversions, UAT, and reconciliation efforts. Provide guidance on data governance and data security best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. 8+ years of experience in data architecture and migration, with at least 3+ years on ERP financial systems. Proven experience with PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AR, AM, etc.) and Workday Financials. Strong experience with ETL tools, data mapping, and data cleansing technologies. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with Workday Prism, Workday Studio, and Workday Integration Frameworks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
