This is an integral role with the expectation of career growth through driving the up-scaling of BPM delivery, cost savings and performance improvement capabilities. Additionally, this role will manage the ongoing execution and performance of our IBM BPM infrastructure with a focus on process excellence and application of CP4BA capabilities. Excellent communication skills are required.
