The Security BI Analyst will support Client security initiatives by analyzing data, building dashboards and scorecards, and helping quantify risk reduction. You'll work with cross-functional teams to provide insights and improve security performance metrics.Key Responsibilities: Build dashboards, scorecards, performance analytics, and reports. Analyze data trends, variances, and forecasts for risk reduction. Collaborate with security, IT risk, and enterprise risk teams. Develop playbooks, standards, forms, and procedures. Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior leadership. Gather and validate data from multiple sources. Automate reports and data processes using scripting. Support training and self-assessments.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, CS, Engineering, Statistics, or related field. 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI. Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, SharePoint. Proficient in data scripting (Python, , Power). Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, FISMA, etc.). Experience with developing KPIs and data-driven insights. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Nice to Have: Masters degree, Lean Six Sigma, or security certifications. Experience with AI, automation, LLMs. Familiarity with enterprise risk quantification.
