Candidates should bring deep architectural expertise in Salesforce, strong CPQ implementation experience, and ideally prior exposure to T-Mobile systems (BSS/OSS, B2B/B2C platforms). This role is onsite hybrid in Bellevue, WA and candidates must be based in Washington State. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Industries CPQ implementations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions tailored for the Telecom industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA teams to drive design and delivery. Integrate CPQ modules with existing BSS/OSS systems and legacy platforms at T-Mobile. Define and enforce architectural best practices around scalability, performance, and maintainability. Drive system decompositions, API integrations, and reusable service components. Create technical architecture artifacts including HLDs, LLDs, integration specs, and data flow diagrams. Support client stakeholders through design workshops, roadmap planning, and release management. Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members on CPQ/Salesforce/Vlocity standards. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture experience. 2+ years specifically working with Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity). Strong understanding of Telco-specific CPQ use cases (offers, bundles, provisioning, quoting, pricing, discounting). Experience integrating CPQ with Telecom BSS/OSS systems, Order Management, Billing, CRM, etc. Prior experience working with or for T-Mobile is a strong plus. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: APEX, LWC, Process Builder, Flows, etc. Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred). Deep familiarity with Salesforce deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
