Configuring and Customizing the General Settings in Sap GTS. Business Partner, Organization structure, Partner structure, Document Structure. Responsible for Configuration of Compliance Management. Customs management Scenarios like Customs processing, Product Classification and Transit Processing Letter of Credit, Preference determination and Restitution. Good knowledge on Legal regulation determination Procedure. Experience in compliance, Customs, Risk management. Familiar with GTS system monitoring, production support, new modification, fixes for trade compliance and regulatory compliance, Audit trails Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues. Familiar with Licensing procedures related to EAR, NLR, and dual use encrypted products following US legal regulations and EU regulations. Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.)
