This role will work closely with Network Planners to ensure seamless supply chain operations throughout the transition. Key Responsibilities: Partner with regional Network Planners to maintain consistent inventory availability across global markets. Support rebranding initiatives by ensuring supply chain processes align with project goals. Collaborate across departments and geographies within a matrixed organization to meet deadlines and resolve conflicts. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and basic project management initiatives. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations such as warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory planning, or customer service. Proficient in planning systems such as Rapid Response and JDE, or similar tools. Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively. Solid understanding of the financial impact of supply chain activities, including service levels, profitability, inventory control, and turnover. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through. Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience in supply chain systems or business operations.
