Remote Duration : Long Term Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with third-party service providers to support the creation and evaluation of system linkages Coordinate with internal teams to ensure integration workflows are designed, tested, and transitioned smoothly between parties Partner with external consultants to manage communication and alignment across vendors and internal departments Track milestones and project checkpoints to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Identify and manage interdependencies across project workstreams Deliver progress updates and summaries via meetings, reports, and presentations Surface and resolve blockers or challenges as they arise, ensuring clear visibility for all stakeholders Schedule and lead key working sessions or coordination meetings to keep efforts on track Experience & Skills Required: At least 5 years in a technical project or program leadership capacity, ideally involving enterprise systems Strong background in managing interdisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration Proven ability to drive complex initiatives through planning, coordination, and delivery phases Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with attention to audience and clarity Strong organizational habitsable to juggle competing priorities and enforce deadlines Skilled at proactively identifying issues, evaluating impacts, and enabling cross-functional solutions Analytical mindset with a knack for distilling information from multiple channels into actionable insights Experience with system-to-system integrations is highly advantageous Familiarity with enterprise platforms in HR or Finance is a bonus Experience working with Oracle systems is considered an asset Thanks and Regards Akash kumar Technical recruiter | Convex Tech Inc.
