Manager Intake Notes: UPDATE: I am looking for hands on automation expert with Selenium, Java, and TestNG experience. Position Overview / General Overview Looking for an individual who has exported in a test automation tool specifically Selenium. Implementation will be done in Java not .NET NOT looking for experience in another automation tool. MUST be Selenium. Not willing to train. Three Keys: Strong hands-on experience on Selenium and TestNG Framework using Java % Breakdown of Responsibilities: 20% Meetings with Team members 80% Hands on Testing automation work. Hiring Profile: Excellent knowledge using Selenium and TestNG. Overall experience of 8 years. Not looking for Jr. Solid experience in Selenium and TestNG using Java is a must, coupled with hands on experience. There is no manual testing involved. Are there any local companies (or industries) that have transitioned well into a similar role in the past Good to have banking but not required. What is the career and growth path for someone in this role It is a straight contract, 12 months to start up to 18 months.
