The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and IT teams to analyze workflows, document requirements, and write user stories in Azure DevOps. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Mandatory Skills & Experience (All Required): 5+ years gathering and defining business requirements with stakeholders 5+ years creating process documentation and identifying improvement areas 5+ years writing user stories for development teams 5+ years working with IT teams to align solutions with business goals 5+ years analyzing business trends and patterns 3+ years using Azure DevOps or TFS 3+ years working with Microsoft Clarity or similar tracking tools 3+ years interpreting state and federal statutes for business processes Strong verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical teams Note: Local candidates only must be able to work onsite and attend in-person interviews.
