[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Jr IAM/IDM Security Project Manager 100 % remote ( Supporting Clients in USA & APAC ) 12 months Contract MOI: Skype Max 2 resume with linked in Overview: The IDM/IAM Project manager( SailPoint, CyberArk or other IAM products) will deliver large project-programs/ handling PM activities. This resource will work directly with the program sponsor and/or a technical lead & technical team to oversee the IAM team to perform day-to-day Identity Management related activities, such as provisioning access, creating user identities, running recertification campaigns, or managing access escalations. This person must have strong communication skills, and proven experience with people management. {NON-TECHNICAL ROLE). Requirements: Must have 5+yrs Identity and Access Management Security Services (IDM/IAM) projects ideally. They should have a solid experience in PAM, IGA, IAM compliance and IDP. Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or reprioritization of projects such as : Manage multiple projects at the same time Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation to closure Establish a plan for assigned projects, including management of tasks, deliverables, risks, resources, and issues Conduct project stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, and set expectations Ensure project budgets and financials are forecasted and managed in a timely manner Escalate project issues or concerns to key internal and customer stakeholders Produce regular reports on the progress of projects and metrics Must have 3-5+ years managing IDM/IAM solutions teams utilizing SailPoint (preferred) inclusive of: Update IDM/IAM program level messaging for future outcomes Work with program sponsor and/or assigned communications lead to discuss and align on agenda and objective of upcoming executive meetings and update monthly walking deck as needed based on specific agendas. Continue to integrate into Program Management processes to share progress, risks, metrics, etc. from the change management workstream Preferred consideration will be given to those with IAM background working for MSSSP or Professional Services/Consulting firms. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator. Good writing skills and ability to multitask in the support of this project Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Thanks and Regards.
