The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, system documentation, client interaction, and solution delivery in BFSI/Capital Markets. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business teams to analyze, define, and document business processes and functional requirements. Act as the liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solution alignment. Translate business needs into functional specs, use cases, and workflow diagrams. Ensure implemented solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Perform data analysis and assist with test execution and UAT coordination. Engage in requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis. Create well-structured, traceable, and testable documentation. Support Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles. Assist in issue resolution and recommend feasible solutions.
