Technical Architect - SAP BASIS Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions Responsible for ensuring the maximum availability of business-critical SAP environment Lead investigation and identify solutions by working closely with development team, infrastructure team and external vendors Support transport migrations, new installation, version upgrades, SAP patches, system refresh and support rotation on-call during US hours. Define and deploy Oracle and HANA database performance optimization practices and standards. Must have hands on experience with SAP HANA (Installations, troubleshooting, upgrades and migrations Maintain platform health in support of business-critical applications including proactively looking for performance trends in EWA reports. Define and implement monitors to improve system performance. Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance/Audit requirements within SAP Systems Infrastructure and Architecture Extensive knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) solution for portal, backend (R/3 and BI) systems, and Business Objects enterprise to enterprise LDAP using SAML. Experience in CAR retail and SLT administration. Expertise in SAP Archiving practices and Solution Manager Technical monitoring and DVM work centers desirable.
