Role: Mainframe Architect/Lead Location: Raleigh, NC (Day one onsite) Duration: Long Term Job Description: 10+ years experience in various mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, MQ, DB2/IDMS/ADSO experience) 5+ years experience in architecture, design implementation of transaction processing applications Played a role of technical expert on mainframe side when interfacing with other teams. Ability to analyze mainframe code, extract complex business logic, and estimate feature size Experienced in partnering with internal upstream, downstream IT teams and business to evaluate complex requirements to develop and deliver strategic solutions and modernize the applications. Good communication skills , ability to manage stakeholders Experience in Agile processes and mortgage/accounting domains desirable Ability to think see big picture in a complex architecture setup Keywords: message queue information technology
