There will be an interaction between SFDC CPQ and their online store. This role is Much less about configuring CPQ tools, and more about enabling the overall process for the online store. This position will require some knowledge of CPQ. Requirements: Very organized with a high attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind. 4-6 years of product management experience in high-tech subscription or service-based products in a B2B environment, including use case and requirements definition Functional knowledge of Software as a Service, E-commerce fundamentals, and user experience design, specifically including demos, free trials, subscriptions, and renewals In depth experience evaluating and analyzing data and analytics, specifically for recurring, subscription-based revenue Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud (required) Experience building business cases, strategy, and alignment with product portfolios Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve campaign timelines and goals A good eye for UI/UX design Keywords: user interface user experience |
