The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge across CRM and ERP modules, experience in enterprise-level implementations, and strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O (Finance & Operations) solutions Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, provide functional and technical designs, and deliver customized solutions Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.) Configure and implement core F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Project Operations, etc. Integrate D365 with other Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure Services, Power BI) and 3rd party systems Perform data migration, system upgrades, and environment management Provide user training, post-go-live support, and continuous improvement plans Mentor junior consultants and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers Required Skills & Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementations (CRM and F&O/AX) In-depth knowledge of D365 CE modules and Finance & Operations (AX 2012 / D365 F&O) Strong understanding of business processes in domains like manufacturing, retail, finance, or supply chain Experience in data migration tools, LCS, and Azure DevOps Hands-on with Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI (preferred) Ability to write functional design documents, perform GAP analysis, and validate solutions Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-300, MB-310, MB-500) are a strong plus Arjun BHATT SR.
