Prepare and execute protocols and reports for cleaning development and validation. Perform investigation of deviations / discrepancies. Oversees and reviews validation area processes. This position will report into Senior Validation Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pharma experience is must. Create cleaning cycle development strategies for a variety of equipment including manufacturing equipment, packaging equipment, and production facilities. Write validation protocols and reports in support of the sites validation program Design and develop cleaning procedures for new products and manufacturing equipment. Responsible for planning and execution of onsite cleaning validation programs. Prepare and review completed and executed validation packages by compiling and analyzing validation data for submittal for review and approval Lead resolution of cleaning deviations through technical knowledge, execution of supporting validation studies, and manufacturing documentation review and approval Design and develop cleaning procedures for new products and manufacturing equipment. Write and execute cleaning validation including development of final reports. Write validation plans and risk assessments related to specific projects and facilities Perform risk assessment and analysis for site cleaning programs. Perform cleaning studies, cleaning verification swabbing, and risk sampling. Design and develop cleaning procedures for new products and manufacturing equipment. Leads continuous improvement activities related to cleaning and changeover optimization Responsible for identifying appropriate facility cleaning/sanitizing agents; participates in cleaning/sanitizing effectiveness studies.
