What was the project, your contribution, and how did you overcome challenges Share your most recent Java development experience. What was your role and contribution to the project Explain a scenario where the Appian infrastructure transitioned (e.g., Linux to Kubernetes). How did you lead the solution and implementation Describe a time you solved a complex problem and led the implementation to success. Key Responsibilities : Act as the BPM expert for Appian setup, configuration, design, and workflow/process usage. Serve as a technical lead for BPM projects involving system integration and compatibility, including hybrid environments (custom apps, packages, infrastructure, and cloud platforms). Analyze system requirements and functional specifications to guide design decisions and resolve issues or defects. Deliver BPM solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture, standards, and methodologies, in coordination with Architects. Build Appian reference implementations and integrate them with enterprise components and systems. Promote code and solution reuse by collaborating with team members. Design and implement complex enterprise integrations using technologies such as: Databases Active Directory APIs (Web/Security) Ping, Snowflake, Dremio Develop Java-based Appian plugins. Conduct detailed technical assessments and architecture/design reviews. Help evolve and grow the BPM Center of Excellence. Drive BPM enablement efforts and advocate best practices across projects. Conduct stakeholder demos and promote BPM adoption across business users.
