This role is part of the Data & Technology Group and focuses on delivering actionable insights, streamlining data workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across supply chain, logistics, and digital commerce. Key Responsibilities: Analyze WMS and fulfillment data to identify trends and performance gaps. Develop dashboards for key retail metrics (inventory accuracy, order cycle time, SLA adherence, etc.). Collaborate with supply chain, eCommerce, and IT teams to align data with business needs. Ensure data quality across WMS, ERP, POS, and eCommerce systems. Conduct root cause analysis for fulfillment issues and provide data-driven recommendations. Support WMS upgrades, automation, and system integrations. Build and maintain ETL pipelines and automation scripts. Mentor junior analysts and operations staff. Travel to distribution centers (1025%). Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or warehouse operations. Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM). Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills (Tableau/Cognos). Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), POS, and eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (P preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
