Knowledge of Novatus / Conga, or other contract management system a Plus. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Responsible for all new agreements as well as annual renewals related to Information Technology for hardware, software, professional services, SaaS, OffPrem/ onPrem Solutions, and subscription-based licensing. Perform the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and/or licenses to ensure compliance with specifications, organizational policies, and applicable regulations. Draft and review agreements, working closely with external parties, legal, risk, information security, internal stakeholder teams, and others to ensure contracts meet business goals and requirements. Pre-sales negotiation of favorable terms, pricing, and conditions of contracts. Inputs all agreements and all renewals to the contract application and uploads all required documentation after the workflow that has been invoked is completed. Ensures that all new agreements and renewals are completed on time and within the contractual guidelines to avoid penalties or inability to act on requests because of timing issues. Maintain the contract management process to ensure efficient contract execution and archiving within White Caps CMS, Conga. Act as subject matter expert on contractual rights and provide interpretation. Creates purchase requests, purchase orders, purchase order approvals, and processing of the invoice once received.
