This role requires strong business analysis skills, hands-on Oracle Cloud expertise, and the ability to lead implementations and support efforts within Oracle Purchasing and Payables modules.Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to Oracle Cloud ERP. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current business processes and recommend optimization strategies. Provide production support and troubleshooting for Oracle P2P modules. Lead and participate in Oracle ERP Cloud P2P module implementations. Design and review functional specifications for conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions (CIRE). Support data cleanup, data conversion, and reconciliation activities. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes within the P2P domain. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of business requirements to technical teams. Write white papers and solution recommendations as needed. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Oracle Cloud P2P process area.Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. 12+ years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 12+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience. 12+ years of experience with Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite. 12+ years as a Functional SME in Procure to Pay. 8+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud P2P module implementation and production support. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables. Experience with month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in P2P. Strong experience with public sector implementations. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field. Equivalent work experience (10+ years) may be considered. CPA certification preferred.Additional Notes: Candidates must be based in the DC Metro (DMV) area. Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
