Salesforce Trailhead Health Cloud Specialist Superbadge 5+ years working with the Salesforce platform (Classic and Lightning) 2+ years working with Salesforce Health Cloud 5+ years working in a complex IT environment Preferred experience in a Healthcare setting Fundamental programmatic development 1+ years developing in APEX 1+ years using Lightning Web Components 1+ years developing flows using Salesforce Flow Builder 0 -2 years Java, JavaScript or Python Fundamental understanding of working with API (SOAP, Restful, other) Experience in a Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud environment (preferred) using Lightning. Experience with deployment of a contact center and integration with related contact center applications. Salesforce certifications Proficiency of understanding of MS Office suite with a focus on Excel Understanding of basic project management Focused self-management skills enabling a productive unsupervised / remote environment 2 -5 years in an Agile development environment 2 -5 years working within an established software development life cycle framework (1.)
