Send The suitable candidate mark Please find the job description below for your review and if interested, please send across your recent updated resume for further discussion Role: Sr. Cloud Engineer(AWS) Location :Remote Key skills: AWS Infrastructure services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route53, S3, vpc, vpn, tgw, cloud watch, cloud trail, eventbridge, etc. ) Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments (Architect, Design and implementation experience not working under the supervision of a senior engineer/architect) Leading highly-available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments Large scale migration experience Data Center to Data Center and/or Data Center to Cloud Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. , Python, Ruby, Power) Hands on experience in terraform Strong practical Linux / Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment Experience managing data center operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting and notifications Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges Experience on data/log aggregation/visualization and tools/software/mechanisms used for that (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, cloudwatch, cloudtrail, Kinesis, event bridge, etc.) Generic skills: Can work autonomously, deliver code with minimal supervision from a set of requirements Has excellent communication skills to work as a member of a team Ability to function in an agile-based environment and provide good daily feedback on team stand-up call Participate in code release and production deployment, have an aggressive approach to fixing bugs and defects Knowledge of Git/Jenkins and standard development and CI/CD process and workflow Min 7 yrs of relevant experience Good communication skills verbal / written Good to have: Configuration management using Chef & Puppet Knowledge on using Kubernetes/Openshift is an advantage Experience in developing Frontend/WebUI is an advantage (Not a mandatory skill) Familiar with Backstage.io is an added advantage TIPS: We are NOT looking for CICD, Jenkins, Pipeline experts here Jenkins/CICD/DevOps covers more than 30% of their skills listed on resume, drop it Architect, Design and implementation experience required and NOT working under the supervision of a senior engineer/architect on rudimentary tasks (develop <something>) Ask the candidate to explain their role without giving a hint, and evaluate their response against above line item Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment sthree information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=262366&uid= |
